Dedicated to advancing and shaping the future of our subspecialty through a focus on accessibility, inclusivity, and diversity. Passionate about supporting fellow trainees and driving improvements in the quality and experience of PHEM training.

Dan Watson
Examinations Rep
Former Scheme C PHEM trainee of Wales, rep for examinations on the PHEMTA committee, loyal servant to the true bug bear of PHEM, exam revision. Father to a ginger son, husband to an exasperated wife - and will help you pass the FIMC, in this life or the next.

Jack Navein
Training and Education Rep
Former MAGPAS PHEM trainee and Emergency Medicine consultant, having completed his training in the East of England. Passionate about medical education, currently serving as the Education and Training Rep supporting the development of trainees nationally. Interested in innovative approaches to pre-hospital education, exam preparation, and fostering collaborative learning opportunities across training schemes.

Training and Education Rep
Former PHEM trainee with London's Air Ambulance, with a background in Emergency Medicine and over 10 years' experience as a registered paramedic. Previous placements include Essex and Herts Air Ambulance and the North West Air Ambulance. Involved in the development and delivery of educational support for PHEM trainees preparing for exams, with a focus on wellbeing and support throughout the psychologically demanding training programme.
